Marine Hull
Marine Hull Insurance provides comprehensive protection for the hull and machinery of a vessel against loss or damage arising from a wide range of perils, including fire, explosion, robbery, collision, and other ship-related risks.
The policy can be extended to cover vessels operating on inland waterways, protecting against risks such as collision, piracy, sinking, and removal or destruction of wrecks. Coverage can also be arranged while the vessel is in dry dock.
Policyholders have the flexibility to insure their vessel or yacht either for a specific voyage or for a specific period, typically 12 months, regardless of the number of voyages undertaken. The policy can further be extended to cover damage caused to other vessels by the insured ship.
